The purpose of the study is to analyze determinants that affect elderly households’ intention move and a potential destination (between regions or within region), with who resides in Busan, Ulsan, Gyengsangnam-do, by demographic characteristics, residential environmental economic using Korea housing survey. uses bivariate probit model for analysis, considering characteristics dependent variables. major findings are as followed.
